Gender pay reports

The gender pay gap shows the difference in pay between male and female employees in an organisation.

It is defined as the difference between men and women’s hourly earnings expressed as a percentage of men’s earnings.

Under legislation introduced in April 2017, employers in the UK with more than 250 employees are required to publish their gender pay details annually.
