What We Do
Family Support
Our Family Support team offers advice, support and information to families and carers of people we support.
Family members have knowledge and expertise that they have acquired during a lifetime of knowing and loving a person.
It is our role to listen to, value and respect family members. By working together, we can ensure each person has the right support provided by the right people in their life.
Our experience has shown that many families have support needs which may not be recognised or met.

Local Quality Partnerships
We believe the best support is shaped by the people who experience it. Certitude’s Local Quality Partnerships are an opportunity to bring together the people we support, their families, and colleagues to talk about what matters and make decisions together. Ask about us about how to join your Local Quality Partnerships, email familysupport@certitude.london.
Time for Families events
We also hold monthly “Time for Families” evenings, for family members of the people we support, where you can catch up with the family support team and meet other families.
