Supporting wellbeing

We have the following groups to support the health and wellbeing of our colleagues.

Wellbeing Group:

Volunteers from across the organisation are part of this group. This group meets on a regular basis to discuss what can be done to support colleagues health and wellbeing within Certitude. Some of things the group has worked on include:

  • Setting up wellbeing awareness days calendar for the year to mark important events throughout the year.

  • Putting together a library of health and wellbeing resources on the internal intranet page.

Wellbeing Champions:

Our Wellbeing Champions are colleagues who are trained mental health first aiders. They volunteer their time to promote health and wellbeing practices within Certitude and act as a point of contact for colleagues with wellbeing queries.

Carers Group

We recognise that a lot of our colleagues have caring responsibilities outside of work. The Carers Group has been set up to both understand the support they need from Certitude and develop how we can put this in place for them.
