What We Do
Connect and Do
Our Connect and Do Programme offers workshops and activities for everyone in the community.
We believe in building local communities by bringing people together through shared interests and creating a space to connect, learn and develop.
Our sessions are a mix of online Zoom sessions, and face-to-face drop-in sessions in and around London community spaces. Thanks to funding, from The City Bridge Trust, the workshops are free and open to everyone.
Our approach is about bringing people together around common interests rather than a diagnosis. We provide a safe space for people where they can feel comfortable, creative and purposeful. Many of our community sessions are peer-led by creative facilitators who have lived experience of mental ill health or disability.
Creative Activities include:
- Arts and Crafts
- Creative Writing
- Music, Choirs and Performing Arts
- We also have:
- Relaxation Sessions
- Peer support Groups
- Walking Group
- Trips and tours
