Certitude provides support to people across the capital, from essential round-the-clock support, to helping rebuild connections in the community.
What we do
The majority of support we provide is known as supported living, which focuses on supporting people to live in their own house either on their own or with others.
For some people, due to the complexity of the support they need, we provide registered care home support.
Shared Lives is a quality alternative to residential care settings where people live as part of a family.
To feel supported and connected to do the things we’re interested in. Whether that’s support with independent living, learning new activities, making friends or taking a break, we have a wide range of community activities and supports.
Our Family Support team offers advice, support and information to families and carers of people we support.
