Overview
This supported living accommodation is for females with learning disabilities and/or autism support needs. The team provides support from 8.30am until 7.30pm. All support is tailored around the individual, with the team adapting their skills and training to meet each person’s needs and goals.
This Victorian house in Brixton is on a residential road near to Rush Common and accommodates four females.
The main living areas on the ground floor are made up of:- a bright, well-furnished lounge,
- a kitchen area with direct access to the patio, with a dining table that seats up to 6 people
- a quiet room where people can entertain their friends and family, and host games nights
- a toilet
The available rooms have a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, and people are encouraged to bring their own furniture to make it as homely as possible, they can also decorate their room however they want.
Wifi is provided throughout the home.
Living here
The house has a lively, vibrant environment with lots of activities. People attend a variety of day opportunities, including Connect and Do.
They also enjoy going to the theatre, the local cafe and going for a walk around the nearby park. In the house people enjoy listening to music, watching TV, jewellery making, playing board games and reading.Regular dinners out and pub nights fill up the evenings.
Friends and family are always welcome and are a key part of birthday celebrations, Christmas Parties and BBQs.
The skilled and experienced staff team are great at planning holidays and outings, do lots of baking, cooking and arts and crafts. They encourage people to learn new skills and increase their independence such as learning to cook, looking after themselves, travelling around London and managing medication.

The property is located in the heart of Brixton, with a bustling day and nightlife. Brixton has an iconic market selling food from around the world and Brixton Ritzy Cinema is a 5 minute walk. There are with great transport links to the rest of London via tube, bus or overground trains.
Within walking distance there are shops, restaurants, pubs, churches and a library.
