This supported living accommodation is for people with mental health support needs. The team provides 24-hour support, and shared waking night support. All support is tailored around the individual, with the team adapting their skills and training to meet each person’s needs and goals.
This large Victorian property in Streatham is on a residential road, set between Streatham High Street and Tooting Bec Common. There are 18 self-contained flats across four floors.
The large garden is an extension of the house during the summer months, with BBQs and games being hosted.
Each self-contained flat consists of:
- A kitchen, equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer and oven
- A bathroom with shower
- Unfurnished lounge area
- Unfurnished bedroom area
In addition, the basement has a communal laundry room. The first floor has a communal lounge with sofas and TV. There is also a staff office on this floor.
Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.

The property has a communal lounge, and people spend time together celebrating people’s birthdays and special occasions.
There are monthly house meetings where people share ideas of social activities they’d like to participate in with others.

Some people volunteer locally, attend college and enjoy visiting various places of interest in and around London. The team help identify people’s interests and support them in sourcing information and resources such as volunteering opportunities and college courses available to them

Within walking distance there are supermarkets, shops, pubs, restaurants and a cinema. Tooting Bec Common is a short walk away.
A short bus ride will get you to Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre and other local leisure centres.
